Our company specializes in fabrication and installation of complete fuel storage facilities and the related fuel management systems. We have installed diesel storage systems for AT&T, U.S. Border Patrol and major corporations in the United States. These systems primary function is supplying reserve power generation fuel sources in the event of a loss of commercial power. The primary type of system used is an Above Ground Vault type tank system with secondarily contained fuel supply and return lines. These systems provide an environmentally safe answer to the problem of storing hazardous fuel underground.
Our company's Directional Boring Division specializing in fiber optic conduit installation using the latest directional boring technology. These machines are capable of drilling under underground utilities in congested suburban areas, highways, rivers and other obstacles that would impede the normal underground utility ditching equipment.
A directional boring machine is capable of up to 1000' bores with depths up to 30 feet. The unique aspect of directional boring is the ability to change the direction of the drill path right, left, up or down while boring the hole. This allows the operators to pinpoint the entry and exit points of the completed bore while monitoring the position of the down hole bit at all times.
The Boring Division currently has two machines in operation at this time, they are :
Ditch Witch 920 - 450' drill stem on board. Crewed by a two man team this unit can be anywhere in the United States within a few days.
Ditch Witch 1720 - 600' drill stem on board. Crewed by a three man team. This teams equipment includes a "Rail-Head" rock bit.

Our technicians are certified for Warranty Service of Fuel Master Fuel Management and Distribution Systems.
Greg Moreland is a Level 4 certified Technician for Veeder Root Electronic Leak Detection and Monitor Service and Startup.
W.D. Moreland Contracting provides disposal and excavation of contaminated storage sites.
Steel and Sheet Metal Fabrication
Our San Angelo facility includes a complete sheet
metal shop and facilities to fabricate steel products.
We fabricate most of materials used for tank entry and exit and piping containment at this facility.
W.D. Moreland Contracting also employs personnel
who are experts in light general construction, concrete forming, pouring and finishing.
